What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, organisation or project name, email address, phone number, sector, project stage, the service you are interested in, timing, indicative investment and your project description. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to limit repeated automated submissions. The original IP address is never stored.

Why we collect it

We use this information to read, understand and respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in AKHA Studio's hosted database, which is not readable from this website. Access is limited to AKHA Studio. Service providers who host the site and database process this data on our behalf, and their infrastructure may be located outside the Maldives.

How we protect it

Enquiries travel over an encrypted connection and are held in a database that cannot be read from the public website. We store a hashed IP value rather than the address itself, and we limit repeated automated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Standard server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Your requests

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Include enough detail for us to identify your original message.
